Kathleen Nguyen

Kathleen Nguyen is a Product Marketing Senior Manager at LiveAction where she is responsible for all aspects of outbound marketing and lead generation efforts. Ms. Nguyen has more than 25 years of experience in customer interactions and productizing highly successful offerings for enterprise, consumer, and service provider environments. Before joining LiveAction, Ms. Nguyen worked at Cisco Systems, IBM, Cable & Wireless USA, and Seiko Epson in roles that spanned multiple areas such as product management, solution development, capacity planning, and professional services. She is a dynamic professional who has the ability to grow strong multi-functional global teams, build repeatable processes, and execute on critical development programs. She has a MS degree in Computer Science, BS degree in Mathematics from George Mason, and currently holds several Cisco and industry certifications including CCNP (Routing and Switching), CCNA (Voice), and PMP.
